As an unschooling parent of two autistic teenagers, wife, and citizen of the world, I know what it is like to be too busy for self care.
Plus, all the meditation, exercise, and bubble baths in the world cannot meet the increased stress of midlife in 2025.
Reclaiming my time and energy has become essential and I have spent the last year curating and refining the most potent, reliable Tools* for feeling resourced and ready.
It boils down to having a place to land as you are, unmasked, unravel, and be witnessed using intentional practices that make space for it all in ways that feel nourishing.

My range reflects my neurodivergence and all that implies. It is a rich ecosystem that encompasses the vitality available from the dark and scary to the bright and fluttering.
It is based as much in my formal rigorous training in graduate school for electrical engineering as a young adult and Pleasure Coaching certification as a middle-aged woman as it is in informal expertise needed as a parent of Autistic children, a survivor of depression and nervous system collapse, and 16+ years of a dedicated Kundalini Yoga practice.
So I meet my clients with everything I’ve got and with consistent and grounded commitment to their favorite expression of self.
