In times of personal or communal upheaval there is a biological imperative for human connection but commiseration leaves people feeling depleted instead of nourished.
"ROAR" brings people together for community stress relief that is unparalleled in its efficacy.
We will move, we will roar, and we will come home to our aliveness together in the alchemy afforded to those courageous enough to meet each other with truth and compassion.
Being compassionate doesn't have to leave you feeling drained with nothing more than an exasperated sigh.

The degree to which we hold our anger, our grief, and our shame in solitude has created an epidemic. By coming together and reclaiming our right to relish in the full range of the human experience, we will celebrate and empower each other.
It is my honor and privilege to be an official stewardess of the Tools of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts.
