Post-expansion is a tender time. And as the days get shorter in the northern hemisphere in December our energy wanes.

That is why I have designed Aftercare to feel like a gentle practice of sensual movement and sistering that feels like someone wrapping a blanket around your shoulders, handing you a cup of tea, and smiling while you take a long slow breath.

These three meetings are exclusive to Women who are familiar with the Tools of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts. They are a time for us to reflect on the year, savor sister goddesshood, and dream our way through the solstice and into the winter.
